Strange Black Clouds Forming Over Fukushima Nuclear Plant (Video)

By Susan Duclos Superstition aside about black clouds hanging over doomed people, there is an unusual sight caught on the Fukushima camera of strange black clouds forming and moving above. I can't find anything online about the appearance of black clouds due to radiation, but it seems to be a bad omen which has people chattering about it, but I did find something on ENENews from September 2013, that states "10 days after the nuclear explosion, the black dust in Fukushima flew all the way to Chiba Prefecture, 200 kilometers away. Since then, Chiba Prefecture has also been shrouded in horror." (Referring to the original event in 2011) Is it possible that something went wrong with the spent fuel removal since they are working with something already massively damaged? Would we know if it had happened since Japan has approved a bill that would put anyone "inappropriately" reporting events, in prison?
