Here’s a great appearance by Texas Gov. Rick Perry on ABC News “This Week” today where he pulled no punches in saying Barack Obama is either “inept” or has “some ulterior motive” in not responding to the Crisis on the Southern Border of the United States. Perry said he has been warning Obama since 2010 that something must be done to secure the Southern Border – and he has had no response from Obama. In fact, Obama has sent signal after signal to people in Central America that it is okay to come to the U.S.
