In January 27th, 2014 New York City was suppose to be hit with the so-called "Blizzard of the Century" and it did not happen. After ominous dire warnings from government officials about the pending calamity and chaos New York Governor Cuomo declared a "State of Emergency" (insert Martial Law here) before the storm even arrived and therefore telling people to stay home. Subsequently the storm never happened. Did HAARP re-direct the Monster Storm of the Century away from New York - leaving them under Cuomo's "Martial Law in Training Program?" If they could manipulate Hurricane Sandy with HAARP and chemtrails then they could manipulate the #blizzardof2015.
