via UpstateNYweather The US National Weather Service Buffalo NY is now forecasting off the chart snow totals of up to 70 inches in the most persistent lake effect snow bands south of the city of Buffalo. As of this post, Lancaster has the jackpot so far with 42 inches already! Stay tuned, this is an historic weather event! And it's only November!
