Saturday afternoon residents in New York and surrounding area along with those in the United Kingdom and surrounding countries heard a strange repeating booming or banging sound that woke many people up. No one has any idea what it was, but some say it could have been an experimental spy plane....that doesn't explain how people heard it and noted it on twitter at the same time across the globe.
