In this newly released video report from Shanti Universe we learn that a Russian jet buzzed a US warship for more than 90 minutes on Saturday. The USS Donald Cook was in the Black Sea and was buzzed by the Russian jet at an altitude of 500' and 1000' away from the ship. The Donald Cook commanders felt that the actions taken by the Russian plane were "provocative and inconsistent with international agreements" and the ship put out a number of warnings and contact via radio. Our videographer says "something major is building up."
