Golden Valley, North Carolina | March 22, 2011 On the evening of Tuesday March 22, 2011, Pastor C.K. Quarterman and a friend of his were traveling down Golden Valley Road in Northern Rutherford in Northern Rutherford County, N.C. just off highway 226. As they drove, they suddenly spotted a large, upright brown furry animal between 6 and 7 feet tall appear from the field next to the road.
