Justice Antonin Scalia: “A Freedom-Destroying Cocktail"

(Photo credit: Shutterstock) The one thing that separated the United States from other nations, like the communists of East Germany and their Stasi, was a Constitutional protection of the “right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” - Source Mirrored The Nazi Police State continues to grow and is called "lawful" exactly because of high court rulings like this disaster. I beg to differ. Hitler didn't "break" any laws either, he just had them changed to his liking before he began his campain of terror all over Germany and parts of the world.
