It has always been that the sin nature of man, always pushes fearful men to seek safety in the state. It appears that most Americans would prefer to unburden themselves from the duty to defend our neighbors and families and have the state provide that service. Or, the state knowlingly manipulated mans thought process to accept being cared for by the state? According to those cheering for our personal disarmament, they would rather have us wear chains rather than the accoutrements of warfare?
