One woman's experience in an Orlando hospital is a prime example supporting the statistical fact that medical errors in hospitals are the leading cause of death and injury nationwide. The new mom stated she would never have the ability to hold her newborn after the Orlando hospital where she gave birth had to perform a life-altering surgical procedure that left her a multiple amputee, where surgeons amputated her arms and legs for an infection acquired at the hospital.
