Freedom Outpost by Richard Anthony Just like he did prior to the Sequester, President Obama went before the American people and told us the horrors of what a government shutdown would do. So far, all of our National Parks are currently closed. There are barricades around the Lincoln Memorial, it is closed and that has never happened in any previous government shut down before. So why now, it costs more to put barricades up than it does to just leave it open.
