The spices in this tea can definitely soothe many body systems and bring your overall health up.It's a great recipe with ingredients that many in the Eastern world incorporate in multiple meals and beverages on a daily basis. They are tried and true, and modern Western medical science continues to expound on previously undetected benefits.I wanted to "amplify" the recipe for flavor and benefits, and perhaps to better suit Western tastes. I also wanted to add some notes and other options.Ancient recipe ingredients:1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp cloves1/2 tsp cinnamon1/6 teaspoon turmeric1 cup of water1/2 cup of milkPinch of cardamomAdd natural honey to tasteMix spices well.
