The amateur footage shows two luminescent orbs of light penetrating into an apartment building. The light can be seen as it penetrates the structure and it can still be seen traveling within the building itself. "The orbs then emerge and leave." The video was taken Semipalatinsk, Kazakhstan. "Purportedly, after the video was shot, it was reported that a child had just died in one of the apartments." What do you think?
