▶ Turkish planes bomb PKK positions near Iraq - YouTubeTurkish warplanes have attacked bases belonging to Kurdistan Workers Party in the country’s southeast.A Turkish security source says the airstrikes were carried out in Hakkari province, causing major damage to the PKK. The strikes followed three days of PKK shelling on a military outpost in the Kurdish-majority province near the Iraqi border.
