I happened to go to Project Avalon and read an overview of Bill Ryan's synopsis of a recording he had with V the Gurilla economist. V as it turns out became friendly with a 4 star General that gave him an overview of the next several years. Those not familiar with V he is a regular guest on the Hagman and Hamnan show and the Steve Quayle. I will not give you my personal opinion of either show.
