(N.Morgan) If you wanted to downsize a population, one of the best ways to do so would to expose said population to a deadly disease, a contagion so fierce, controlling it would be almost impossible. Cue the Ebola in the US and you've got not only mass hysteria, you have a reason to implement Martial Law and mandatory vaccinations. A State Department memo has come to light exposing how it was a pushed formula to bring the Ebola exposed patients to the US. We are living an actual horror movie now, complete with diseases, fear, and the unknown ending.
