Passenger doesn't have his seatbelt on, and when cops ask for his ID, which he doesn't have on him, things quickly escalate to smashing the window in, and tasering the innocent father by three white cops right in front of his wife and children. Look at the body language of the cops. They are complete thugs in my opinion.
