The (Spanish) Duchess of Alba, 88, born on March 28, 1926. The Duchess of Alba‘s full name – take a deep breath – is Maria del Rosario Cayetana Alfonsa Victoria Eugenia Francisca Fitz-James Stuart y de Silva. She goes by simply Cayetana, and is a distant relative of Queen Elizabeth and Winston Churchill. The Duchess of Alba is only one of her more than 40 titles.
