In Sweden Barack obama answers a question about the "red line" he set on Syria and the use of chemical weapons and says it wasn't him that set it, it was the international community and Congress...... well, in the second video below, it sounds a lot like obama setting his red line and according to a call with White House officials in April, it was made very clear where Obama's red line was set.
Barack Obama seems to think he can rewrite history, deny saying what he has said and no one will call him out on it.
