A report via the Turkish Weekly in June of 2013 outlines how Russia called for further information on Syrian rebels transporting a canister of lethal Sarin gas that Russian authorities feared might be used to push an international action against the Syrian government. The question that now must be asked, is where did those Syrian rebels obtain this deadly nerve gas, and why has the Obama administration said NOTHING about it as it now calls for a military strike against the Assad regime? Russia’s top foreign official Sergei Lavrov tolday said the Kremlin wanted to get clear on the issue of chemical weapons used in Syria, since the allegation had taken on the role of a trading card in the conflict, becoming a focus of constant provocations.
