By Susan Duclos The al-Qaeda linked Syrian rebels that invaded the Christian town of Maalula last week are forcing these peaceful Christians in the holy town to convert to Islam, by gunpoint. Reports indicate that if a resident refuses, they are executed. Via Washington Times: They arrived in our town at dawn on Wednesday and shouted ‘We are from the Al-Nusra Front and have come to make lives miserable for the Crusaders,’” an Islamist term for Christians, a woman, who identified herself as Marie, told AFP in Damascus. The Free Syrian Army (FSA), the group the Obama administration is backing, uploaded videos last week showing them working with the al-Qaeda linked group, to take over the town.
