As you will see in the image of a worksheet from the East Prairie School in Skokie, IL, the worksheet also comes with a picture of Uncle Sam holding a child dressed just like Uncle Sam. "Government is all of the agencies, departments, organizations, groups, individuals in a nation who make, carry out, enforce, and manage conflicts about rules and laws. Government is like a nation’s family.
