Howard Galganov THE FOLLOWING IS CRITICAL TO WHAT IS HAPPENING TODAY: Even though Obama’s people had been wrangling behind the scenes for all they were worth, to finagle a one on one meeting between Obama with Hassan Rouhani, Iran’s new President, even if it was just an on-camera handshake with a few pleasantries exchanged . . . it didn’t happen – MOSTLY because the new Iranian President wasn’t quite ready to have his ass professionally kissed by the President of the United States of America.
