As the situation deteriorates in LA there is now little doubt that the mysterious booms and earthquakes occuring throughout the Gulf States are the result of escaping methane gas from the methane hydrate deposit breached by the BP deep well. The high pressure, high temperature crude at 900 PSI and 400 F has been seeping into and melting the huge deposit of methane hydrate beneath the seafloor. The highly explosive and poisonous gas has now migrated throughout the entire Gulf region.
