The Apostles' Creed is a statement of Christian belief that is adhered to by virtually all western Christian churches, which include the following major denominations: Roman Catholic, Lutheran, Angelican, Presbyterians, Episcopalians, Methodists and Evangelical. Some Baptist churches say the apostles creed, some do not. The first statement of the apostles' creed is: I believe in God the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. The second statement of the apostles' creed is: I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
