Shirley Sotloff has made the video below directly addressing Abu Bakral-Baghdadi, the known ISIS leader. It seems people are giving up on this current administration and feel they have to address the terrorist personally if they have any chance of getting their loved ones back home. With Obama's airstikes continuing throughout the area ISIS holds, the chance of ISIS releasing anyone is slim at best.
