Urgent Action roy beck You are ringing GOP phones off hook today before they head to retreat where House leaders plan to push ‘legal status & work permits’ for illegal aliens LAST CHANCE THIS AFTERNOON TO CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES BEFORE THE THE GOP RETREAT I apologize to those of you who responded to my alert this morning by trying to call your U.S. Representative but then found that our toll-free phone lines were down. Our provider assures me that the phones are fully functioning now, so please try again. The good news is that through all of our phone efforts today, thousands upon thousands of calls have gone into congressional offices. Several offices are complaining to us that they are flooded with too many calls and are begging us to stop you from continuing to call. The last thing we want is for any Republican Representative to arrive at the GOP Retreat on the Chesapeake Bay tomorrow morning and not know how strongly the voters feel about the widely announced plans of the House GOP leadership to try to use the retreat to sell the majority of Republicans on legal status and work permits for millions of illegal aliens.
