First, we know that in the 3rd century, Eusebius claimed Judas Iscariot killed himself NORTH of the Temple. It was not until the 4th century when Jerome suggested Judas Iscariot killed himself in the Valley of Hinnom south of the Temple, which was a garbage dump by the time of the 1st century. Eusebius and Jerome were actually dealing with two different topics.
