An interesting thing happened to me today in Safeway. I was pushing my cart through the canned vegetable aisle when I came across the store manager bashing a can of corn against the handle of a shopping cart. He said, “We can’t sell dented cans so I am making sure the cans are well dented. Then we can sell them at half price”.
