This is just flat out bullying. The Feds are good at that. The people without connections and clout feel the brunt while the privileged political class sees little impact. The courses where Barack Obama plays at Andrews Air Force Base and Ft. Belvoir (146 rounds to date as president, he’s probably on the links as I write this) are still open. The commisaries are closed.
