Ming Dong Chen, 25, an illegal alien from China, took it upon himself to viciously murder Qiao Zhen Li, 37, and her children: William Zhuo, 1; Kevin Zhuo, 5; Amy Zhuo, 7; and Linda Zhuo, 9. And not just murder, but hack them with a meat clever and a knife. The one year old was found decapitated.
