Brain Implants To Commit Mass Murder? (Video)

Deep brain stimulation refers to very small electrodes implanted into both hemispheres of the brain, connected to a neurostimulator planted in the chest, to alter the functions of the brain by basically zapping it and "rebooting" the functions. This has become an acceptable treatment for tremors associated with Parkinson’s disease.
Scientific American describes the implants as a "device is in size and function very similar to a heart pacemaker."
Scientists are now conducting experiments on other possible uses for the technology, one of which being depression.
Paul Joseph Watson from InfoWars highlights a major problem with this whole brain implants treatment.
Recently deceased hacker Barnaby Jack was found dead a week before he was set to present his research showing that implants, such as pacemakers, can be remotely accessed buy hackers and governments to “commit mass murder.”
