A fleet of reptilian ships has slipped past the Andromeda Council as they were dealing with ISON, landing 12,000 troops in North Vietnam, Turkey and Romania. Reports being made about nine foot tall lizard boys eating human beings, capturing others for storage for later food. The way this is done, they boil human beings down in large vats until all flesh and organs are stripped from the bones and made into an orange goo matter, which is frozen ad placed in storage, the same way they did it at Dulce that resulted in the battle between humans, lizards and greys, where the courageous Mark Richards rescued a number of people in the vase by flying in and extracting them.
