EDITOR'S NOTE: Just as with the BIS and the IMF, Alan Greenspan and certain other financial elites are well aware that a decisive crash is coming in global markets, and they are attempting to set themselves up as prognosticators of the event. These "warnings" from elites are nothing more than theatrics designed to adjust their image, presenting global bankers as "humanitarians" desperate to save humanity from itself. Not all banks, bankers, and government officials will be allowed to escape blame, of course. Some institutions will be held up as sacrificial lambs.
