(N.Morgan) 6/28/2014 - 8:13 AM Eastern Time: Strange,swirling, image appeared on radar, a star shaped anomaly, Sterling VA. I wish I could have captured better images, but the radar wasn't working with me on that. With all the humidity in the air, this could be setting Virginia up for some massive storms. The air is becoming increasingly unstable.
