Syrian Woman: I Don't Trust Obama--Must We Destroy Syria To "Save it?"

by Monica Davis While Americans gear up for another war, another war based on exaggerations, and convenience, those who will be on on the ground when the bombs start falling say "stop." I caught the tail end of a radio show where a journalist interviewed an Iraqi woman. Despite the martial rhetoric coming out of Washington, she claims that nobody really knows who used the gas--AKA chemical weapons. More importantly, she fears the civilian casualties that will hurt when our not so smart bombs start flying. Many Syrians fear US intervention because of "collateral damage"---indiscriminate civilian casualties, Here we go again: Uncle Sam gets on his white charger and goes stampeding through the country to save some folk.
