This morning I awoke with what sounded like a massive bomb going off, no kidding, I live in California and the dogs started to bark. I have never heard anything that LOUD before and I've seen more and more Russian youth in the parks in my area. Also this morning in local news 80,000 PG&E customers lost power in Chico, California. Anyone see that movie "MISSING'.
