Muslims have a constitutional right to practice their religion and hold any office within the American government so long as they are sincere in protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States. However, when members of any religious, or any other kind of group openly advocate for the hijacking of the American government and ultimately the American people under the Sharia law applications of the terrorist organization, the Muslim Brotherhood, their right to hold any governmental position is forfeited. Further, it is a crime, under Federal law which is punishable by fines and imprisonment, to openly advocate for the overthrow and United States of America. Yet, this is what the personal and public beliefs reflect for the following list of Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers serving in the U.S.
