FEMA Working With Russia Confirmed
I'm sure that there are probably still people out there who don't believe that Russia will be permitted to operate upon American soil despite all the proof we've given. We need to lay those doubts to rest now with the publishing of this story from EMERCOM of Russia. EMERCOM is the The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies & Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters. I have no problem with Russia nor the Russian people, in fact, I love ALL people, as long as they aren't murdering innocent children with drones from above or chopping off innocent peoples heads for voicing their opinions.
