Found this on another site, can't confirm, however, that this is actually the younger brother. And who would actually post a pic of him on the net? Perhaps a nurse, someone in admitting trying to get something "cool" to show off to their pals and buddies? Really can't tell, but thought I'd share it here for you folks to look at and discuss.
