EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT OF POSSIBLE FOREIGN TANKS COMING INTO THE U.S FROM MEXICO -EL PASO TEXAS EYE WITNESS- From Steve Quayles Site: Mar 29, 2015 My wife and step-daughter just came in and woke me up to explain they'd never seen tanks before but they were held up by a train for about ten minutes. They saw all kinds of tanks on it. Thousands of them they said, but at train speed 10 minutes only amounts to hundreds, coming in from Mexico by rail. American tanks they think (but I don"t know how that would be).
