Underwater City Baffles Archeologists

Near the Yonaguni Islands of Japan there lies a city...completely submerged under the water. It includes a pyramid, has drill marks, archways, corridors, stairs, terraces, and even a triangular pool with draingage channels. According to how submerged this city is it could date back to the last ICE AGE....when water levels were much lower than they are today. Just what culture what or could have built such a place so...long ago?
