WATCH How Hillary Just Made Fun Of This Threatening World Leader, Using A Freaky Familiar Voice

Some 2,000 people paid $300 each to hear what Hillary Clinton had to say recently at a Chamber of Commerce luncheon in Winnipeg, Canada. Global News reports that the likely presidential candidate appeared before the Canadian audience the day after President Obama delivered his State of the Union address. One of the topics of the former secretary of state’s talk was the aggressive moves made by Russian leader Vladimir Putin, who Ms. Clinton claimed has his eye on quite a bit of territory he would like to annex or reclaim for Russia. But while the former secretary of state talked seriously about Putin’s aggressive move into Ukraine, she also mocked the former KGB agent who is now the volatile and unpredictable president of Russia. As seen on a video clip posted by The Globe and Mail, Ms. Clinton strayed into something of a comedy bit. And if you’ve ever heard Rush Limbaugh do his cartoonish impression of Bill Clinton, you might find the “voice” Hillary used to mock the Russian leader particularly odd. You can watch the brief segment of Hillary Clinton’s attempt at humor by clicking on the video above.
