“They both come at the same time, but if you're working on the left one you have to suck it out. The right one launches every time.” No, it’s got nothing to do with astrophysics, nor does it refer to some kind of hyper ambidexterity. It speaks to a condition called diphallia, which afflicts men who are born with two penises. Diphallia is a rare diagnosis that’s only been assigned to around 100 men since the first case was reported by Johannes Jacob Wecker back in 1609.
