FDA claims colloidal silver does not work while APPROVING these uses; guess you can have it both ways?!?!?!

The US Food and Drug Administration has approved a number of topical preparations of silver sulfadiazine for treatment of second- and third-degree burns. Dressings A 2012 systematic review found that silver-containing dressings were no better than non-silver-containing dressings in treating burns.
