An innocent Targeted Individual TI has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Phil for $100 million for doing what most callous, uneducated medical professionals do to TIs, making him look mentally ill. Dr. Phil McGraw is being sued for adding mental injury to the man already suffering extreme anxiety from being kept under surveillance and persecuted 24/7 by police agents and others.
