First, that there was a concerted effort to coverup the investigation. Secondly, the investigators were nothing more than "fox's guarding the hen house", and concealed evdidence so as not to impact the election as it would have been embarassing to the White House administration. How many times have we heard about the White house covering up investigations becuase of the election?
