General Kelly speaks frankly in warning "it's literally Katie bar the door" and warns of a MASS migration into America if an Ebola pandemic strikes Central or South America. "There's no way we can keep Ebola in Africa" Kelly warns, and most countries in the Western hemisphere have no way to contain it.
