The Best Damn Pot Of Red Beans And Rice You Will Ever Eat

Traditionally Red Beans and Rice were served on Monday in New Orleans which was the traditional day for the household laundry to be done in New Orleans. At that time a ham was usually baked and served on Sunday and the ham bone and any meat left on it were cooked in the pot with the red beans. And oh man what flavors they came up with. So damn delicious.
