Massive Sunspot Aims Earth As Largest In Many Years, Flares Likely

Already an X-Class solar flare has pushed off recently from the sunspot, and the sunspot is pushing to face our planet as the largest in many years. What will happen? A few days ago, AR2192 unleashed an X1-class solar flare. Since then the sunspot has almost doubled in size and developed an increasingly unstable ‘beta-gamma-delta’ magnetic field.
